CLEAR Care Program for Concussions in Athletes

For $30 a year, children and amateur athletes of all ages can access the baseline testing, on-field assessment, and on-going, as-needed care for concussions. 

This low cost is made possible because part of the membership fee includes a Headstrong Insurance Policy. Should the athlete have a concussion, this policy kicks in to cover the remaining costs of brain injury care – at no further cost to you. 

In order to make the program accessible and scalable, this $30/athlete/year fee can only be offered if at least 10 members of a team, organization or club join together.
